Matthew S. Brenner is an attorney based in California and licensed to practice in both California and Florida.  Matthew has been practicing law for more than 15 years and is eager to assist you with your estate planning needs.  

Matthew received his Bachelors of Arts from Wilkes University and his Juris Doctor from Whittier School of Law.  As a member of the Moot Court Honors Board, Matthew ran the National Juvenile Law Moot Court Competition in 1999.  

Matthew begin his legal career representing individuals in consumer protection matters and the indigent at Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County.  Matthew has since been representing clients in a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to real estate, construction defect and estate planning.

Matthew lives in Davis, California with his wife, Dr. Serena Brenner, DVM,  their two children and numerous pets.  When he is not practicing law, Matthew enjoys cycling, skiing and golfing with his wife and two children.  Matthew also continues to play soccer in the City of Davis adult league and basketball in the Woodland league. Matthew spent many years officiating and coaching his children through AYSO soccer, Davis Little League and the City of Davis basketball programs.  Matthew is also an avid musician who enjoys playing the piano, bass, acoustic guitar and ukulele.
